Step 01
Define the scope
It starts with understanding what you actually need — your objectives, your budget, your timeline, and what success looks like for you. This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a real conversation to figure out if we’re the right fit for each other.
We ask the hard questions up front — because the more we understand now, the fewer surprises show up later.
If we can’t deliver what you need, we’ll tell you — and point you to someone who can. We’d rather earn your trust than your deposit.

Step 02
Design & Production Planning
Your vision starts taking physical shape. We translate ideas into detailed floor plans, stage designs, lighting concepts, and 3D renderings — so everyone can see exactly what we’re building before we build it.
Every design accounts for your budget, your venue, your timeline, and the laws of physics. No fantasy renderings that fall apart when reality enters the conversation.
The render matches reality. If we show you a design, it can be built — and will be, exactly as specified.
The render matches reality. Every time.

Step 03
Logistics & Pre-Production
The unglamorous phase that makes or breaks your event. This is where we handle every behind-the-scenes detail so nothing gets missed, nothing gets forgotten, and nothing shows up as a surprise on event day.
Every outside vendor vetted, contracted, and held to our standards.
All regulatory requirements handled so your event is legally airtight.
Detailed timelines for every phase — load-in through strike.
Right people, right roles, right time. No scrambling.
Gear sourced, tested, packed, and shipped in logical load order.
Emergency plans, weather backups, and backup plans for the backup plans.
We think about what everyone else forgets — power distribution, bathroom lines, parking flow, load-in bottlenecks. We’ve been doing this long enough to know where problems hide.
Step 04
Build & Install
This is where the planning becomes physical. Our crew transforms empty venues into your vision — installing staging, rigging lighting, tuning audio, and assembling every element that brings the event to life.
We’ve already pre-built and tested everything in our warehouse. On-site, we’re executing a proven plan — not figuring it out as we go.

We build buffer time into every install schedule. Things never go 100% according to plan — we schedule realistically and stay calm when adjustments are needed.
Step 05
Show Time
This is what all the planning was for. Our team manages every technical and logistical element in real time — audio, lighting, video, stage cues, content playback, and crew coordination — so you can focus on your guests, your content, and your moment.
Every event has surprises. What matters is how quickly and professionally they get solved. Most issues are handled before you even know they happened.
We stay calm when things go sideways. That’s not a personality trait — it’s the result of documented contingency plans and a crew that’s trained to solve problems, not panic about them.
Step 06
Strike & Debrief
The event’s over, but our job isn’t done.
We manage the timely venue load-out and final vendor closeout — then we sit down with you for an honest conversation about what worked, what didn’t, and what we’d do differently next time.
We don’t disappear after the curtain closes. The debrief is where we get better — and where you get documentation, assets, and insights for your next event.
